Coffee Date With Christina: Uncovering Invisible and Unprocessed Losses
“Please talk about how losses can trigger previous losses and grief cycles that have not been processed fully. I’m a widow and presently just going through having lost my son in law two years ago and last month losing my step son. Losing my step son seemed to trigger hidden losses and hidden emotions.” - Kathy

In This Episode I Talk About:
I believe that we are here to experience multiple big losses and multiple invisible losses
It is the things that have never been revealed, talked about, seen and understood that keep us in the waiting room. That keep us inside the place inbetween the life we had before and the life we could have if only we found our way to reentry.
Why I tell everyone to do grief cleanses, find a way to talk to someone to listen and understand this is why finding the right people to be with after our loss is so crucial
We might feel that life is not fair but this is how life is for a lot of us. Our responsibility is to reenter life after each loss.
Encouragement to build your life from today. Who are you now? What do you want from your life? What do you know for sure?
